ACS
Elsevier
IoP
Royal Society of Chemistry
Taylor & Francis

Wiley
You can also find the list of Babeș-Bolyai University’s subscribed resources on the e-nformation.ro website, after logging in, under the Institutional Profile section.
The list of journals included in the transformative agreements can be found on the anelis-plus.ro website.
Always check whether Open Access articles can still be published under transformative agreements before submitting your article to a specific journal on the anelis-plus.ro website. The remaining article quota is updated periodically.
Open Access articles can be published through transformative agreements only if:
– the corresponding author is affiliated with Babeș-Bolyai University and uses the institutional email address prenume.nume@ubbcluj.ro;
– as of the date of the paper’s acceptance, there are still available slots under the agreement.
In the article, the corresponding author’s primary affiliation must include the institution on whose behalf the fee validation is requested.
Articles for which the corresponding author does not use an institutional email address are not eligible for coverage of the publication fee.
The selected journal must be included in the list of journals covered by the 2026 Transformative Agreements.
For exclusively open-access journals, once the APCs contracted through ANELIS Plus have been exhausted, the publication fee is fully borne by the authors. APCs are allocated exclusively in the order in which articles are accepted for publication.
The open access publication fee is validated by ANELIS Plus only after the article has been accepted and the corresponding author has signed the copyright agreement with the publisher.
If there is only one Romanian author and the other co-authors are from other countries, there must be an institutional agreement with the co-authors’ institutions, or the corresponding author must have a joint research project with the foreign authors.
