Office for Open Science

Objective

Open Science (OS) implies Open Access to publications (Open Access) and scientific infrastructures/data/software/methods, Open Educational Resources (Open Educational Resources), but also Open Evaluation or Citizen Science. Where it is feasible, ODL enables the acceleration of scientific research (see the international response to the COVID-19 crisis), bringing added inclusiveness and accessibility for the scientific community, socio-economic or socio-cultural actors, citizens.

The Open Science Office of UBB operates according to the Decision of the Administration Council of BBU Cluj-Napoca no. 9134/20.06.2024 (Hotărârea C.A. al UBB Cluj-Napoca nr. 9134/20.06.2024, available in Romanian only).
