Open Access articles can only be published on the basis of transformative agreements with publishers to which Babeș-Bolyai University has subscribed:

Royal Society of Chemistry
Taylor & Francis

The list of resources subscribed to by Babeș-Bolyai University can also be found on the e-nformation.ro website, after logging in, in the Institutional Profile section.

The list of journals included in the transformative agreements can be found on the anelis-plus.ro page.

Always check whether Open Access articles can still be published based on transformative agreements before submitting your article to a particular journal on the anelis-plus.ro page. The quota of remaining articles is updated periodically.

Open Access articles can be published through transformative agreements only if:
– the corresponding author is affiliated with Babeș-Bolyai University and uses the institutional email address firstname.lastname@ubbcluj.ro;
– there are still places available under the agreement by the date of acceptance of the paper.
